Shipping Policy

Custom Wigs: Processing takes 2–3 weeks before shipping.

Lace & Bundles: Processing takes 4–8 business days before shipping.

Tracking information will be sent upon shipment. Please ensure your shipping address is correct, as Tacha B is not responsible for incorrect addresses or courier delays.

Refund & Exchange Policy

All sales are final. Refunds are not available for any orders.

If an order is incorrect or defective, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package. After inspection, we will offer an exchange or store credit if deemed necessary.

Wigs that are worn, or customized cannot be returned or exchanged.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

  • Tacha B is not liable for lost packages or delays caused by the carrier. However, we will assist in filing a claim with USPS or UPS. Refunds for lost shipments must be resolved with the carrier directly.
